LOCAL DELIVERY
DELIVERY OPTIONS
For local orders, the delivery will be done through our register courier services company name called " YOUR COMPANY NAME".
DELIVERY TIME
Upon payment received, we will ship the order item(s) on the NEXT 2-3 working days.
Subject to stock availability and orders load, all local orders will be delivered later within 3 - 5 working days after the payment has been confirmed.
DELIVERY CHARGES
We only charges one time delivery: RM5 for West Malayisa and RM8 for East Malaysia
YOUR COMPANY NAME reserves the right to refuse delivery to a post office box.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY - FREIGHT ON BOARD (FOB) BASIC
DELIVERY OPTIONS
For international orders, the followings delivery options are made available :-
* Air parcel/standard shipping;
* Courier/express shipping;
DELIVERY TIME
Subject to stock availability and orders load, all international orders will be delivered within 7 - 21 working days after the orders are confirmed and the payment is received excluding delivery charges is basic on freight on board.
Please note that the delivery time listed acts as a guideline only. The actual delivery time may vary depending on customs clearance, delays in the destination country, missed or cancellation of despatches.
DELIVERY CHARGES
One-way shipping charges(freight on board) will be advised depend on the chosen delivery option in the confirmation e-mail.
YOUR COMPANY NAME does not charge any customs duties on international shipments, however we cannot guarantee that customs charges will not be applicable to your package when it reaches your country. We are required by law to declare the contents of international packages and to state the full value of the shipment, even if the package contains a gift. We are not responsible for these charges and cannot provide estimates as to what these charges may be. You are recommended to contact your local customs office or post office for further information.
